We offer many more loan programs than are quoted on our web site. Even if the loan that you are looking for does not meet the above criteria, it it likely that we can fulfill your financing needs; however, any deviance from the above listed assumptions could result in different interest rates or fees. Rates are subject to change without notice. Subject to underwriter approval. Not all applicants will be approved. VA funding fee 2% of the loan amount. All fees are only estimates and the actual charges due at the settlement may be different.
